Natural Hunger

by Chelsey   Jan 14, 2013

Sharp, dead pieces of grass sneak
between melting snow, and it reminds
me of my deceased heart trying to
pierce through your ice cold soul.

I can only pray the sun defends my
feelings and makes way for your love
to finally saturate my hunger... I know
you will eventually because its natural.

What we have resembles natures way
of mating and as soon as you get use
to my touch, you'll melt into my arms.
