Poets' alter-ego

by onethuscome   Jan 17, 2013

Poets
blind guides
chasing through a labyrinth
searching for archaic meaning
giving us barren seers
and soiled mystics

these bliss surfers
use wounded artifices
and make a show
of their freak twirl
and bizarre notions

speaking in tongues
to close in on the void,
in hopes of giving assylum
to the mind
they are like the larva
creating a cocoon
out of silk and longing
to hide

Uhm..... I love this. I mean.... there isn't much more I can say about it except it is beautiful, vocabulary is great and yeah.

    "they are like the larva
    creating a cocoon
out of its silk and longing
    to hide"
