Can't Be Saved

A thousand voices always
Pounding against my skull
With all of them screaming,
I'm amazed I can hear at all

I was seeing things everywhere
People and creatures that don't exist
The hallucinations seemed more real
Than the emotions I was supposed to feel

You pulled me from that deadly spiral
When I was on the brink of insanity
But maybe you were to late
Maybe I still can't be saved

The hallucinations have returned
I'm being screamed at all the time
I wish others could feel what I feel.
I almost wish these crazy things were real

I can't kick the voices out of my head
At this point, I will gladly join the dead.
Their medications don't ease the pain
Of my past insanities back again.
