Outside a U.D.F.

by Andrew Packard   Jan 20, 2013

Outside a U.D.F.
On an October night
Unique lop lop lop lop sound
Of a Harley as it leaves.

Next a Sycamore Leaf
Flies by
Scritch Scritch Scritch
As it Skitters cross the Street.

Innocent Laughter of children
as they shuffle their feet
In a not so lonely town,
That's about to be drowned,
By a future mid-night storm brewing,
Southern bound.

Author notes
It's just describing what's actually going on right now in the little town of Harrison, Ohio.
