If Mommy Only Knew

The sun starts to rise,
I can feel the warm sunlight
Shine brightly in my face as I lay here in bed.
I can hear the soft chippers of the birds sing there songs.
Everything is so warm and perfect,
But then I hear a big SLAM as the door shuts loudly.
I become white as a ghost,
I quickly hide under my soft silky satin sheets as I hear him slowly come up the stairs,
One step at a time.
I become frighten as he turns the doorknob.
He slams the door harshly
And walks towards me faster and faster.
He slaps my face with a huge crack, which startles me and makes me jump.
He shoves his tongue in my mouth,
I can feel his tongue swirling.
I cry for help but I get hit again.
I'm bleeding,
I can taste the salty bitter blood in my mouth. He rips of my clothes,
I hear his heavy warm breath on my chest,
Feeling his hot sweaty body grinding back and forth.
Everything becomes blank,
I'm helpless,
I feel dirty knowing this is wrong.
All I can hear is my gulping for air
As my cold wet tears run down my cheeks.
The birds have stopped singing,
The dark stormy clouds have covered the sun; it's cold and damp.
I try to fight him off
But again I get knocked down.
Feeling worthless and small.
I hear the front door open and
He quickly rushes downstairs
Leaving me shivering and naked.
I start to cry again but louder
And again he comes upstairs.
He hits me and throws me at the wall.
Then he yells and curses and
Goes downstairs again
To give my mother a kiss
.....If only she knew what daddy did to me
