THE TRAVELER

by Joseph Harris   Mar 21, 2013

Rock over rock, pebble to pebble I take my mark,
Strut to strut, these bushes I push apart.
Danger am I, no scavenger am I,
The treasure ahead, is the only view I eye.

Be aware of my strength, greatness I rule,
A warrior of royalty, statue and virtue my only tool.
No need to roar, cause the lion is my pet,
Oceans of fury, pave lands that I met.

Who shall withstand the glory I bring,
Bow before me, I turn winter to spring.
And the season I cause make life healthy,
And the storms I cause makes man wealthy.

But don't be afraid and always remember,
The Great I am, comes only for members.
And a great rapture would be a great demise
To complete eternity, and the everlasting precise.
