Stranger(To Yourself)

by Issiac A Barnes   Apr 11, 2013

I wake up next to a complete stranger who's eyes depart from me
I'm held prisoner, I'm captive no escape from inside I can't see
Having that feeling of loving someone who doesn't love you
You've falling, your drowning yourself in a eight feet deep pool
Knowing that you're the clown in this duration
Taking your heart and plotting for it's eradication
You stand in a mirror asking what happen to your self esteem
Your soul is lost, it cries out, in the inside it screams
You're unable to move because your at an all time low
It's like you can only hear a soft whisper telling you to go
You stare at your reflection only a tear to show the poison you've ate
Chained and locked inside this bathroom no where you can escape
