I love you to gma...not

by XxxPaige   Apr 19, 2013

You're my family,
but you talk crap on me!
It's not my fault I'm the mistake of the family!

You think I like not having a dad?
Knowing I'm not wanted?
I'll tell you now I would love being dead.

The only thing is stopping me is my pride.
I won't cower and hide.
I will stand and put up a fight.

You think you're better?
Beating up on your granddaughter?
Trust me you'll regret it later.

I was so nice and respectful.
But that doesn't matter to a witch that's hateful.
You left my heart cold.

I thought grandmothers were supposed to be loving?
All you've been doing is hating. but you just love my siblings.
Well just to let you know I'm done trying.

I don't know if I should say thank you since it's a depressing poem :P. I agree that putting feelings in poems is medicine. :)

So much pain in your words, I can't even imagine the hardships that you go through in your life.

"Beating up on your granddaughter? Trust me you'll regret it later".
Powerful. People like that get what's coming to them, regardless if they are kin. Just keep throwing your feelings in your poems, its a good medicine.
