Eternal Existence

by Gary R Priester   May 9, 2013

As all forms of light
Must transform energy
To temporariily push back darkness

We must transform energy
to temporarily exist

From the moment of conception
We transform energy from our mothers
To become us

Once born
We transform energy from our environment
To grow, maintain and fade

When the darkness closes in
as we loose our lght

We do not cease to exist
For energy is never used up
It merely transforms
