Death

Darkness and pain,
Tears and rain,
Black as the night,
Silent,no life.
Coldness consumes,
Death joins the room.
Blood and screams,
People refusing to believe.
Death is the door,
This blade the key,
Why cry now?
You never loved me.

    I like the flow of this and the simplicity.its short and to the point. I like the similes and metaphors, they add just a hint of life to the piece. Nice write, but you should know youll always cry whether you realize who loved you or not. And i promise someone does or has.
