L'Amour

by Colette   Jun 1, 2013

I drive away,
hands trembling.
Muse playing in the background,
thinking of you,
firm on my hips.

The way your eyes set on mine,
begging for a smile.
You took my clammy hand,
like a mouse in a mansion,
and held on to our hopes.
