Surround Sound

by Liquid Grace   Jul 31, 2013

Music casts a soft lullaby,
Children dance round and round.
Dogs running back and forth,
Placing frisbee's to the ground.

"Fore" yells the teenage boy,
Laughter lathers the air.
Baby girl cries for nothing,
Thinking life simply isn't fair.

Couples grab their tubes,
Kayaks mogul down stream.
Young lovers count the petals,
As sun reflects a soft gleam.

Side by side, hand in hand,
Head laid gently on his lap.
Felicitous smiles all around,
Life flows on never trapped.

Picnic for two in love,
Beauty of all forms surround.
Such a delightful sight indeed,
When true happiness is found.
