If you can only Imagine

If You Can Only Imagine

Over the years its come to my attention,
That the little things are over looked in this dimension

So why dont we all just live a lie,
Where we can pretend we are the tough guy

Standing up to the evils of life,
Slicing them with a surgical knife

This is the dream that seems perfect,
The life that can't be wrecked

---

I tried living that lie,
I sliced the bad guy

And as I watched his blood flow,
Everything started to get slow

If you can only Imagine,
That when I took action

I was the one hitting the floor,
The lie I was living was no more.
