You make me smile when I am sad.
Make me laugh even when I am mad.
And when I'm around you
I cut loose and I am carefree.
Just wish girls like you
went for guys like me.

I love the way your hair falls on your face.
You are beautiful even when you are mad.
I wish I could just tell you that.
But truth is that I hesitate.
Because girls like you
don't go for guys like me.

I said a prayer for you last night
Because you were going through a rough time.
Even though you will never be with me
I only want you to be happy.
That's probably why girls like you
don't go for guys like me.

      Thank you. Just wish I could. Been down a similar road and was told that guys like me don't get girls like her. That's where I came up with the idea for this.
