Natural Chaos

by Jay   Feb 16, 2014

Water running rampant in the rain.
Gushing thru the gutter down the street into the drain.
The tide swells punishing the shore.
Just as one wave recedes, comes another more.
The sky cracks, shattering to a million pieces.
Roaring gods cry out, heavens war never ceases.
Droplets carried on the wind displace, crashing to the ground.
Low is the whistling thru the trees creating a lullaby sound.
Inside the storm order remains.
Just the natural chaos of the rains.

Interesting piece here. Love the rhyme and rythem in this as well. It brings on a perspective of Mother Nature at its best, well somedays.
You have great talent in writing, I like reading your poems as they reflect the same images that I have. Lol. If that makes sense. Great job! :)
