New Beginnings As An Angel

I never understood what I was,
I never was able to write that easy,
I still wonder what I am,
I fly in the air being a guardian,
Protecting those who mean the world,
Never turning my back on those who I trust,
Having a day full of breath,
Letting the wind blow beneath my wings,
I'm not a hero,
I'm a guardian,
I'm going to watch over all,
Not letting the world crash over me,
I'm going to let me be myself,
And not change a thing,
Flying over my angels,
And smiling watching them,
I can't picture life without them,
I would like to thank everyone,
For my second chance,
My revival,
My awakening,
And most importantly,
My new beginning as an angel

    There is a little bit of dissonance between the beginning and the end of this piece, but you pulled it off artistically - so nice job. There is a little bit of flow distortion as well, but I think improving on that comes with time. Interesting piece for one of your first here.

    I'm not a hero,
    I'm a guardian,
    ^ that line was my favorite because a "hero" is similar to "guardian" but it differs on the meaning nice work 5/5
