Dark to Light

He pulled me
I wanted to
And almost did..

In her eyes I saw the light
that shone through pools of blue
From then I knew I'd lost the fight
I'd tear myself from you

It hurts to know I almost had
the dream inside my heart
It hurts almost twice as bad
to know it came from dark

I'll let go
For her
who deserves only happiness..

    I think this is about what mom was telling me the other night that you came to her for help with. if it is i am sorry about the situation. At least the piece is gorgeous in all it's heart breaking effort. I love the way your voice came out in this piece and how you made such simple words feel so powerful.
