I Saw It In Your Eyes, I Swear..

by Faithless Watermelon   Nov 21, 2014

Tragic is the loner preyed upon by faithless doves, it only rains when you're alone and a roof is no answer, simply a prayer. Depth perception, pupils wreathed in dirt, mistaken identity and effervescing propensity - smiles sewn to the back of frowning faces, where's the treasure? Roots chase stars stitched to doubt and I forget to wonder why I feel this way while temptation baits loathing with a memory of words that need not be spoken. I can't get lost in distance, I won't measure what keeps us apart. Strength seduces the weak and I know it's all I've got.

you're not lost, i promise, and im sorry i want more than i can give, but who do i know? how? why do questions blister... there's no room in here for you, i swear i can, but should i? so misleading, unruly, seasoned but plain in the way i may do nothing with but trust..
