What is love?
It's nothing that we can touch
And yet love can touch us
Love can make us warm
And love can make us cold
We can fight wars over love
And we can hope war will end in the name of love
Love is many things, and yet do we know what love really is
Love can be given in many ways
It can be given through the lips, touch, words, thoughts, and simply feeing what we think is love
Love is like a universe
A universe that captures life all within the universe of love
Is there enough love in the universe?
Love can be found in almost anything put on earth for use to see and touch
Do we really know what love is
Is it a touch, is it a sense, or is it in the heart waiting to be let out for all to see?
Einstein could figure out mass, but could he explain love
Freud could explain the complexities of people, but could he explain love
Love can be felt, but cannot be controlled, something like the air we breathe.
Love is the rising sun, and the setting sun
It is the moon brightening up the darkest of nights
It is the smell of nature and its entire splendor, of the wildlife that abounds all around
Love in the water glistening with bounding life
Love can be in the Antarctic, love can be in the deserts
Love can be where you look, where you touch, where you listen
