If I Was A Painting:

by Scott Cole   May 19, 2015

If I Was A Painting
Then what would I be,
Look at my brush strokes
Cause they would be me.

Would I be a painting
From a finger or two,
Or a vision of beauty
Only Rembrandt can view.

Would I have many colors
Or black and white abstract,
Maybe a little from both
As a matter of fact.

Would I be of yesterday
Or a painting brand new,
Am I really even painted
Or could I be drew.

Check out my shapes
And follow my curves,
Am I really a Masterpiece
That is seen and not heard.

Would I be on display
For the World to enjoy,
My fine brush strokes
Will fill you with joy.

If I was a painting
There is nothing to hear,
So is just to desire me
Worth losing your ear.
