Mom's Scent:

by Scott Cole   Jul 4, 2015

I always knew when
My mom was around,
Even before my mom
My mom made a sound.

So sure and so certain
Always had my back,
I could count on her
No matter how pitch black.

So I guess that's how
I know when she walks in,
Before anyone ever told
Or said that she ever did.

From about a foot or two
I know wheather it's her,
Even before everyone else
They still are not sure.

We have that connection
Why don't you just check,
But I so love her perfume
Mom wears on her neck.
