Splash (acrostic)

Sliding, slithering, shooting down on a
pumped up
lilo in a red plastic flume...
around the loops I go,
screaming all the way into the blue chilled pool:
hands in the air, Geronimo

    This one made me laugh and brought back a picture memory of my lovely Aunty Frances..pictured 'somewhere' in Spain doing exactly the same thing..at the end of the journey down the slide...arms in the air in Geronimo fashion totally unaware that she had lost her bikini top somewhere in the tube...

    So often, I open a page to your poetry and am instantly struck by the wonderful layouts you employ. If book covers are made to draw a reader to a book, or flowers made to entice the bee, then your formats grab my .....
    Anyway, truly enthralling just to look at with a lovely use of alliteration at the start and, like "Ice-cream for two", you have really captured the moment here - the sounds and the very feel of entering the pool.
