This is a heartfelt acrostic Michael and one we can all take something from. Goodwill and comfort can be found in even the most artificial of environments, because sometimes, it is genuine.

even though we can never truly know a person we haven't met in real life, that doesn't mean we can't derive comfort and understanding from virtual friendships.
