Your Humble Servant

by Soulful Ensemble   Jan 16, 2016

Your face; a lit up doorway to another world
your hair; exciting under every single curl.

I long to touch, caress, and make you warm -
All day admiring your delightful form.

The kisses from your lips, like honey dew in Summer
The eyes of an angel in your pretty face, my lover.

A touch of your skin, makes my soul whirl
Your smile; a fire in my heart unfurled.

The soft caress of your hands; a deep, loving stare -
Lost in your eyes, asking my mind "where?"

Kissing you after midnight, on the first day of the year,
With feelings overwhelming me - needing you so near.

Stars in heaven hold no candles to your beauty,
And loving you so much is my God-given duty.

I'll love you forever, darling, in a way so fervant,
Like the happiness I get being your humble servant.
