One Nation One Tongue

by stanley tommy   Jan 28, 2016

When the earth after Noah's flood did dry,
God our heavenly Father allowed mankind the earth populate try.
One nation one tongue did God our heavenly Father did populate the earth once more,
Yet to praise and worship him vexed their hearts sore.
Followed they gods of their thinking,
Without bat of their eyelids or winking.
Tower of Babel did the human race build,
According to God our heavenly Father this was not what he willed.
Destruction did upon the Tower of Babel fall,
When one said short that other thought one meant tall.
So were the nations formed different tongue and different tribe,
So to live together they offered their daughters in marriage to one another as bribe.
Through all of this they went their separate way,
Those of a common tongue and tribe together did stay.
Thus we have one ruler over the other,
Which was not the will of God our heavenly Father.
