Revenge

by Jay Colon   Feb 18, 2016

I want you to feel

the shortness of breath
every ache in my chest
endure the sharp knife
slicing through my flesh

the taste of disappointment linger
my irregular heartbeat
wanting to be flatline
but you missed an arterie

I want you to feel

the ripping of my blood vessels
the blood overflowing
the blood pouring out

hear each tear in my heart
hiding behind my rib cage
beating a desperate rhythm

hear the cracking sound
getting louder and louder
the tears you do not value
the scream in my cry

I want you to feel

as numb as death
as lost in the wilderness
as you are me

isolated in darkness
Drowning in tears
suffocated by your words

I want you to feel

the pain you gave me
the destruction of love
transforming into hate

the disgusts in my stomach
everything makes me vomit
nothing stays down

until you feel
this excruciating pain
this heartbroken syndrome

I want you to feel my pain
To hurt as Im hurting
so you can finally understand
how much you hurt me

    Hello Jessie

A tale of a real longing for vengeance - I can almost taste the venom in your words!

"the ripping of my blood vessels"
    ^^^^^

    disturbingly effective!

All the best and I hope you are well,
    Ben
