She

by Allie   Apr 20, 2016

She can feel the breeze, the sunshine on her skin. It's a beautiful day outside. Why does she feel so empty on the inside? The darkness swallowing her whole. She's numb to feeling anything but unwanted. She's numb to feeling anything but screwed up. Her feet are on the ground but it seems to turn into a black hole. It sucks her right in, not caring where she's gonna end up, how's she gonna feel in the end. She takes it day by day, but that sunshine and breeze is slowly disappearing. That black hole is taking over everything about her..... the girl you use to know, it's no longer her. The smile on her face is generic. All the caring words she tells everyone is just lies she keeps telling herself. The sunshine is gone, the breeze is still..... that dark hole is all she has, it's all she's become.
