Rage

by patrick   Jul 8, 2016

A man in rage is a sorry sight to behold
Shame on me!
I walked that ugly road
Just yesterday

Why I ask of myself?
Excuses, shifting blame all come to mind
With other muffled feelings that cross my inner horizon
But the truth is emotion raw

Perception of betrayal
Knee jerk wild and crazy
Does not make it right
Morphed into a scary monster throwing things about

Creating fear all about
Like I said
A man in rage is a sorry sight to behold
Shame on me!

Excuse??

Emotions cannot be suppressed or forgotten
That is part of being human
When you perceive danger
When all that you love is threatened
Rant and rave, what more can I say?

So sad, but so true. Everyone deals with pressure in different ways.
