My fingers yearn for a time
when they penned
adventure-

unruly and without restraint.

Alas, it seems these weathered hands are
cursed to dance across a keyboard
to the tune of a slightly
different script...

    Yup. Same here. Wish I could go back to writing about things I was excited about & other fictions with pen & paper but here we are writing about heartache, grief & other realities with our phones/computers/tablets..
