I shall be joining you in this fight soon, I stopped for 6 years and like a fool I started again.

My main reason for stopping is my circulation is terrible. When I kayak now my hands get so white and painful.

So somethings gotta give and I'll not stop paddling.

Stick in there it does get easier

No matter what kind of addiction we have it's all going to be difficult to overcome.. I know you're a strong lady to come through this.
