A vision of the Spring

In the shadow of an eternal tree
I could see
the butterfly dancing like a flicker
Around a flower moving joyously,
landing quicker
than a breeze of air.
I could only stare
at its beauty and its glee
in a shadow of a loving tree
The perfume scented gust comes towards me
like a lover’s kiss.
I would not miss
Those warm soft lips
The fountain of the spirit
And the balsam of the heart
The beautiful great merit
Of a life-restart
The glorious resurrection every spring
The blessing from every aromatic flower,
from a brightly flying wing
fluttering high in the shadow of a bower
Cooling down its feathery flames
Caressed by an ardent sun
The eternal love of everyone to everyone
Tis Nature making love and having fun
In this holy church of a loving God
how everything is perfectly done!
