The Hidden Star

In the darkness of the borderless space
Where no light could peep
I cannot wake up
I cannot sleep
Cause I have a vision
Of something hidden
In that unfathomed universe
No word could describe it
No poetry, no verse
But she is there, and she will shine
One day when darkness is in reverse
No spaceship could travel to her
Only the passionate heart and the pensive mind.
She's kept concealed from the eyes
Both the seeing and the blind
Tis just because she is too shy to shine
Within the cell of a tedious life
She lives in darkness just behind
The shadowy gates of endless strife.
She is lying far .. Yes ... so far
That beautiful hidden star.
But one day she will surely rise
Like a bright summer day
Like a beautiful loving surprise
And she will push the darkness of the night away
Climbing the stairs of th’ celestial skies
To reach her place again and stay
The luminous star she was born to be
