! Sorry I Lied !

I'm so sorry for how I acted
& how I must have made you feel
I tried so hard but
I just couldn't keep it real

I cant believe to you
@ first all I did was lie
but I didn't think you'd
turn out to be such a great guy

After I lied,
I had never felt so confused
& I'm pretty sure you
had never felt more used

All I can say is I'm sorry &
theres nothing I can do
but if there was, I would
choose to not lie to you

See @ first i thought
you were like any other guy
If I had known you before
I wouldn't have told you a big lie

I know you aren't very happy
& I'm sorry I made you mad
but you have no idea how It kills me to see you so sad

I'm sorry I lied to you
I know it wasn't smart
& I'm sorry I lied
right from the very start

I know you probably hate the
fact we ever met
but although I lied
please promise you wont forget

that I told you such a lie
but I promise I wont forget you
how could I forget such a great guy

~ I wrote this for a guy who when I first met I told him a really BIG lie about me and told him i was older and i had a differnt name, and in the end I really ended up hurting him ~
