Safe and Secure?

Who me?

I pause, i wait, taking longer to ponder

Why has it become this way?

I can't seem stop the darkness, ever increasing rot

Head in my hands

Heart ripped open in tatters left for dead on the sands

Safe and secure?

It's gut wrenching to say I'm not sure anymore
