you turned inside out

how open can your mind be?
when words are suspect to spin
a case for this a case for that
logic subjective to perception

gravity keeps our feet on the ground
our minds no such matter
discipline implies self-control
bouncing, rebounding off the walls
implies creativity with a saddle

there is you, the mind!
conciseness
your brain the tool
self-dialog and God the third party
serves only as an island in the realm of the what ifs

what is reality?
your dog hears what you cannot
smells what you can not
the cannot's just keep piling up
yet we claim top spot

Do we deserve the top spot? A nice question. Sometimes I think the world would be more equal without a domineering race.
BTW typo in the last verse.
    Take care.
