Darkness

Let's talk about darkness
Too many stories about light here
Forgetting it's a dark world
Tell me about your dark past
Yeah that one you can't get past
Let me hear the stories of your darkness
That act you do behind closed doors
Pour out your darkness
Lay down all the thoughts
You've had to conjure
Let's take a walk in your darkness
Tell me how you feel in that dark place
How you let loose in that darkness
Convincing yourself you don't belong here
Listening to the voice of your darkness
How persuasive it can become
Tell me about your darkness
That habit you slip into every now and then
Let's talk in the darkness
Forgetting the lights are switched on. Let's talk about your darkness
Too many lights in here
But right now we color blinded
B!
