My Puzzle

by Chris   Dec 28, 2019

Just as a puzzle is born, I was created whole in the beginning, I was perfectly flawless.
Just as a puzzle is used, I was broken down many times and put back together over and over.
Just as a puzzle ages, pieces of me were lost along the way, these pieces struggled to remain stable.
Just as a puzzle is destroyed, few pieces remain but the remaining pieces are flawed.
Just as a puzzle is restored, I wait for my pieces to be found and I wait for for my glue.

Original idea and clever use of extended metaphor.

    Well written.
