Dragonbreath

by Faithless Watermelon   Dec 28, 2019

I know you like being hunted
but when it's real you act stunted.
There's a stunning wind in your wiles,
and just some of us believe in the smile.
So will you be ready when it's over
or will you be steady when it's over?
And can you redeem yourself any faster
with a purple heart or iron cross disaster?

Don't fix the ceiling sometimes I drink from there;
ix-nay on the feelings at times that line up and stare.
There was a mirror painting the soul of your blade
and we liked the lyrics making us sting as you bade -
so will you be ready when it's over,
or will you be steady when it's over?
And can you redeem yourself any faster
with a purple heart or iron cross disaster?
