Young girl who speaks so little
Sits on a chair while flames a flicker
Come closer to the window
We will watch the sun go down together
No one spoke any words
As the sky changed from blue to yellow

Welcome to PnQ, Michael! Feel free to join in on the forums and of course, share more of your work on here.

This felt like a quiet, contemplative moment that almost seems private? The reverence that silence can hold, that words aren't always needed to convey content. Watching the sky change colors is something that can be enjoyed by everyone.

I liked the simplicity in this, the brevity. The little moments that we can take for granted. Keep writing!
