My addiction

Over indulging made me happy because It made me realize that by over eating I could fill the void of being alone. Alone in my thought, my needs, my desires and feelings. Hiding behind it so I wouldn’t have to deal with it. So now I’m in bed. Thinking about how I’m alone and all I can think about is food.
