Without you

by Starry night   Mar 7, 2021

I am now, 33,
She died two years ago,
At 53
I was 31,
You were suppose to now, be 55.

I can’t fathom
Living another 40 years here,
Without you.
I don’t know what to do,
I just continue to drown myself.
It pisses me off knowing,
I have all this time left here without you.

I always think about you,
Especially when the high
Takes over n I’m faded.

I wish you were here,
Instead I am without you.

I love you Mom,
I know you wouldn’t be proud of
How i drown my sorrow.

It’s all I have until we are together again,
Until then,
I am without you.
