lady of the Glory

I can not live without you
without you by my side, in my heart.

I have endured your absence,
like a rain drop that endures
the impossible distance,
in the capacity of an ocean
inside the thistles thirst of a desert.

I have inured your absence like an innocent man
who has been accused of a heinous crime,
like a fish of pleading
spewed
in the caustic coasts of arctic eyes,

like a momentum mummified in the crystal of an ice cube,
in the stature of a danseuse in an effigy,
like a butterfly
bottled inside the fossil of its wings,

like a fawn
inside broken glass menagerie
of hyenas’ fangs,
like a volcanos of pain and emotions
that erupt under its skin,

like a woman who breast feeds
her infant of glory,
like a morning due
on the barbed wire
of her story.
