I was resigned to life,
We need to live it, breathe it, and carry on,
Life is inevitable you see, and we are but a speck in the passage of time,
and with time, just as life is inevitable, so is the past and the pain it sometimes brings,
the past...
it molds us, creates us anew with each new experience we live,
scars, scabs, patchs, the heart,
some healed, some not,
The heart is resilient you see but even then we can only take so much,
so we do what we need to do, and we LIVE.
But we live cautiously, have we not already learned some of life's caution?
and so the day began with a chance, a luck or a fate,
that may have changed this life of mine forever.
