Oh You

by Evi   Mar 1, 2023

My darling, you, my fervor.
My longing, my treasure.

My angel, you, my ardor.
My wounded dove, my martyr.

Mournful eyes, have always yearned
For warmth they had never earned.

Let me die in ice, in frost.
For her soul, my life exhaust.

Who are you to me, oh love?
Regarding me with lack thereof,
My everything you are above.
Withhold what you're deservant of.

Who am I to you, my dear?
Nurturing the lies you feel.
To your bedside, I will kneel
Caress your world to make it real.
