I hand to you my hunger, And you breathe upon its life. Its death is safe you ponder, And to swallow I decide. You stepped outside, then Pierced a hole in your step. My grief had bubbled up when I already knew your fate. Offered my chest to the spear, The taste of salt and bone. Feel my stiffness finally disappear, I let me die to keep you whole. I stand upright, With a lake Of blood Inside my mouth.
