I feel you creeping in like the dark, wishing me to fail with every good turn. I know your here, i can feel you all around. just gently to start with then bang i hit the ground.
you ruin me, my life cant be on track for long, i look in the mirror and wonder just how long. As you get inside my mind, i know i am not the same person. it will take time to be re-found.
I hide away so no one can see, this falling person, hitting the ground. my mind goes blank and I'm numb all over, laying in bed wishing for it to be over.
my heart pounds, like its trying to escape.. its like my life is flashing before my eyes, the feeling of dread, pain and regret flowing deep inside my head.
i know it will take me few weeks to overcome, when i get rid of you and feel my life again. then i will wake with that smile on my face ready to face the world and be on that high again
