Beauty and the Beast..

by brin macnamara   Jul 15, 2004

I shaved my moustache off yesterday.
Just for a change, my image would be different I thought you might find me more attractive hairless.
A friend met me for lunch, smiled and said that I have a slightly curled up top lip.
Then I recalled why I had that hair above my lip for the past twenty five years:
I never liked my lip.
Ugly.
Like me.
Myopic.
Not much hair.
Not much attractive about me really..

But You.
Beautiful, perfect, a Goddess in every way.
Slim. A vision of loveliness.
Kissable lips.
Eyes like pools to swim in.
Intelligent and young.
Twenty years younger than me in fact.
I got NO chance baby!!
Beauty and the Beast.

But even Beasts need loving.
