The end

by hehasmyheart   Jul 17, 2004

All those years that had gone by
The times we laugh, the times we cry
I never knew that all that time
Our friendship had been one great lie.

You never cared how I felt
You used the cards that you were dealt
And when push had come to shove
You made your move; you stole my love.

In one clean sweep you reeled him in
You stole him fast; that was your sin
You know you'll pay each day you live
You run to me and ask me to forgive.

Time has gone by and tables have turned
So, I ask you what have you learned
When you give me your lame reply
Tears start to fall as you pretend to cry.

You want me to take you back?
My old best friend - the one I lack?
I don't think so, my dear "friend"
This is only the beginning of your dreadful end.
