The pot cooks and simmers

by Timothy   May 17, 2025

1: I walk alone in a semi-circle,
Something, big, something small, was that a turtle?
I know someone knows me, but I am afraid,
Probably because of all the "chances" I made.

2: She likes the idea of what I am,
But she knew the creature that can expand;
Living small, not my type,
But when u live long, some people get over the stereotypes.

3: Knowing me from afar, not the best base,
To judge an imperfect disgrace;
If you see through a telescope a glimmer,
That star is in a pot that cooks and simmers.
