I am an unreasonable man!

Walking warily along life’s path,
through this current time in my life.

I believe I am special and deserve immunity.
The absurdity of such a belief is delusional.

Believing that every dark cloud has a silver lining.
“I dawn.” A new beginning, with the naivety of hope.

I never thought that Ground Zero had a basement.
But here I am, bottomed out, laying my new foundation.

Every cliché in the book is running through my head.

As I said, I am an unreasonable man—to believe that I will win.
